Tee times are usually not a necessity as we are able to accommodate most 4-somes. It’s always wise to call ahead to find out just in case so please call (217) 847-3623 during posted business hours (usually 7:30am to 8:00pm). If it is necessary and for groups of 8 golfers or more, tee times can be reserved up to 7 days in advance. Singles may be paired with an existing twosome or threesome. Outings are encouraged to call as far in advance as possible.

Cancellation Policy: At least 24 hours’ notice must be given to cancel or request changes to your tee time. Please do not send emails requesting tee times, changes, or cancellations. All changes and cancellations should be made promptly by calling the golf shop at (217) 847-3623.

Clubhouse

At Deer Run, we strive to make your experience a warm and welcoming one. If you're needing to pick up some golf essentials, course logo gear, or gift card, stop by and our staff will help you find what you're looking for. We offer a variety of items at the clubhouse such as towels, hats, shirts, gloves, tees, and balls.

Inside the clubhouse we have the Krooked Antler Bar & Grill where you can grab your favorite course beverages, snacks, or a bite to eat. Our kitchen is open daily for food at the turn, after you finish, or just to stop in and have lunch. Relax in our large dining area where you can watch sports on the big screen or enjoy conversation with friends after your round. Our clubhouse is available to the public to host reunions, graduation parties, golf outings, and other events.

Practice Facilities

Whether you need to warm-up before your round or looking to perfect your game, Deer Run offers a spacious driving range ~240 yards long with two levels of natural grass teeing surface and a putting/chipping green surrounded by fringe and rough grass for chipping and features six holes with varying slope for putting.
